Returns/Exchanges

Everything I make is made to order so unfortunately I can’t offer returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your order please get in touch – hello@maadweb.co.uk – and I will do my best to rectify the problem. 

Cancellations

If you’ve ordered the wrong items or changed your mind, I do accept cancellations within the first 12 hours of the order being placed. 

Damages/Other Issues

If your item is damaged or incorrect or anything else, contact me within 7 days of receipt of the item and we’ll try to make things good.
