How long does it take for tracking information to appear?

Tracking details usually become active within 24-48 hours of your order being dispatched. If you’ve just received your shipping confirmation email, please allow a little time for the carrier to scan your parcel into their system.

Where can I find my Order ID?

Your Order ID is a unique number found in your order confirmation email. If you can’t find it, please check your “Spam” or “Promotions” folder. Still stuck? Log in to your Account Dashboard to view your full order history.

What should I do if my tracking status hasn’t updated?

Don’t worry! Sometimes carriers miss a “scan” at a sorting facility, but the parcel is still moving. If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 working days, please contact me with your Order ID, and I’ll look into it for you.
